1. So for now, we will wait and see... I have upgraded to Premium, this app is so important to me that sacrificing something elsewhere to upgrade is (to me) definitely with it! Keep up the good work Amazing Origins, and thanks to all staff for all their hard work...!Great app, great content, can learn a lot from the articles on offer.

I love this app and I used to get on it every day then I had to go to getting on every 2-3 days, now it's about 1-2 times per week because the stories hardly ever change.I would love the app, if it worked! I try to open the app and it flashes on then closes immediately! My subscription just renewed this month and if l would have realized it before l would have canceled because l can never read anything on the app!The app is great.

3. Wish you could get rid of those annoying pop ups!They have great articles but please fix you website and app, i can't even log in! When i tried to log in, it says email incorrect password.

1. Restart Ancient Origins: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ancient Origins App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ancient Origins" » Open Ancient Origins – History, Mys » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ancient Origins » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ancient Origins – History, Mys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ancient Origins servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ancient Origins – History, Mys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ancient Origins app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ancient Origins might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ancient Origins. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ancient Origins then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ancient Origins not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ancient Origins be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ancient Origins not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
