1. This is the reason why I gave it a poor rating 1 star.App took too long to load everything up, kinda boring cos no one was on it lol but all in all love the concept of the game.

I don't know what happened I downloaded the game I tried to sign up and then when I signed in it kept going to the screen where I have to sign in and never I tried that twice and I never even got a chance to create my avatar so I could not try out the game so can you please fix that I had to delete the game.

3. Good workQuiet impressive, but it will take a minute to load, but this game is good, it's just need a little update, make the queality better, and also add some cloths, that's all.I really wanted to try this game but I can't.

4. There were no other players( anywhere) and only 7 scenes to visit , one of which I wasn't allowed to enter .I think this game needs some work on it, it has potential ,maybe add a shop or something.

5. So I'm giving it 2 stars for that reason because it wasn't much fun .Please please please make this game better because i would love to play it.

1. Fix Viviwo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viviwo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viviwo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viviwo" » Open Viviwo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viviwo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viviwo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viviwo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viviwo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viviwo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viviwo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viviwo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viviwo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viviwo not working

2. Fix Viviwo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viviwo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viviwo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viviwo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
