However no matter what you choose you will have to click it 5 time to work, and then change the brightness to even to get it to work 3) there's only a color wheel, no real way to get a solid color, blue with a preset is actually a deep LED blue while when you pick blue on the color wheel it's never blueBruh really? The app will not function without full access to the microphone, your storage, and your location.

2. Unless there are serious improvements in functionality, I cannot see myself purchasing any more ilumi bulbs or recommending their purchase to anyone else.I tried added a favorite to my schedule, but as soon as the app sends the schedule over bluetooth, the app crashes and will not open again.

1. Fix New ilumi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart New ilumi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the New ilumi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "New ilumi" » Open New ilumi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for New ilumi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear New ilumi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from New ilumi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "New ilumi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check New ilumi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, New ilumi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall New ilumi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall New ilumi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing New ilumi not working

2. Fix New ilumi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make New ilumi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to New ilumi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, New ilumi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
