1. I downloaded this app to unlock a pdf file, but instead of unlocking the file it asking for password, if I know the password why would I download this app in the first place.It is always an awesome experience using the app to compress heavy pdf files without losing image quality.It's very excellent app to work on pdf files, today 25 Feb 2023 I'm using it, it has many options, I have used it for merging pdf files, for splitting pages and also for extracting multiple pages from 1 pdf, The very useful and the attractive thing I observed in this is we can split multiple pages from 1 pdf as we wish then at the same time if we want we can merge them all.

2. That just doesn't work at all.Good app but it's so annoying to switch between pen and highlighter by holding it will be perfect if the highlighter became next to the penIs easy to use, you cab choose any file from your pc files and compress them in seconds.

3. Secondly the need for the operations to occur in the cloud is kinda annoying as I often work on 300MB plus document and indeed using mobile (slower) data.

4. But the 1 weak point in this is we'll get only 4 free options per day to do this all things, I request the team to free itI love the online version of this, very powerful, very easy, but the app leaves much to be desired.

5. The document being edited can only scroll left or right, which is not very intuitive when using a phone.

9. Still the best app in the PDF tested by me.I downloaded the app primarily to be able to add password protection to PDF.

1. Fix iLovePDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iLovePDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iLovePDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iLovePDF" » Open iLovePDF: PDF Editor & Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iLovePDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iLovePDF: PDF Editor & Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iLovePDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iLovePDF: PDF Editor & Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iLovePDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iLovePDF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iLovePDF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iLovePDF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iLovePDF not working

2. Fix iLovePDF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iLovePDF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iLovePDF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iLovePDF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
