1. At the Ferry entry point from Bintan, the officers and signs told us to put the handphones away; but how can I put the handphone away if you developed the Arrival Card as a handphone App? You should solve these problems before you launch this app in a larger scale.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SG Arrival Card Issues

1. Fix SG Arrival Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SG Arrival Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SG Arrival Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SG Arrival Card" » Open SG Arrival Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SG Arrival Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SG Arrival Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SG Arrival Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SG Arrival Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SG Arrival Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SG Arrival Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SG Arrival Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SG Arrival Card then reinstall.
