1. At the Ferry entry point from Bintan, the officers and signs told us to put the handphones away; but how can I put the handphone away if you developed the Arrival Card as a handphone App? You should solve these problems before you launch this app in a larger scale.
2. But with a family of four, only 2 are allowed at one time at the immigration desk, so our Group entry on my phone needed to be passed between two sub-groups.
3. It's very annoying when you are attempting to use it to make the whole arrival process as seamless as possible but get stuffed up by an app that is not up to the mark.Nothing happens.

9. The entire flow and how users interact with this app appears not have been given proper thought at all.
