Why should I report an Issue with TIYA?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TIYA PTE.LTD. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Just a suggestion.This app definitely deserves to be acknowledged a bit more, not exactly Discord, definitely differs greatly in features and conversations, and I feel as if the app itself could be monitored better, but besides that people don't give this app enough credit, I've honestly found so many new friends on here it's absolutely incredible, and I've had such a good time.

2. You can't search for random group chats anymore, you have to be invited to one which is boring because I liked surfing random group chats.

3. Which would be important for people who don't want their original speakers blasting in front of everyone if they wanna go on this app.

4. I liked the old color scheme better, teal green and white is in my opinion better than teal green and black.

5. It also has features unique to itself!I give this a 5 star rating!!!♡ because there are no glitches or no adds for me....Which that would be crazy if it was.

6. The first one is that some of my friends chats are just deleted.

7. Now, I will say that when I have my headphones connected and go into a group call, it connects.

8. When you go into a singular call, it goes straight to your original speakers.

9. There are a lot more reasons but 500 characters isn't enough.The reason I give this app 3 stars is because of how many glitches it has.

10. The second one is when I use the wheel, it gives me the same prize, a thank you card.

11. My problem with it is that you can't seem to change your input/output settings.

1. Fix TIYA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TIYA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TIYA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TIYA" » Open TIYA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TIYA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TIYA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TIYA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TIYA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TIYA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TIYA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TIYA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TIYA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TIYA not working

2. Fix TIYA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TIYA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TIYA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TIYA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
