Ba Customer Insights

1. Contacted the developer so hopefully we can get our data back.The new version is horrible for tracking sleep, feedings and diapers because it doesn't present the data in any meaningful way.

2. It would be helpful to just see the feeding patterns, but it would be even better to have a feature that showed both feedings and the sleep schedule.I really like this app cause it helps us keep track of feedings and diaper changes as well as sleep patterns.

3. The front end is great but they clearly have a regression in the back-end data management that needs review.I love this app, very easy to navigate and add Feed, diaper changes, sleeping times, also have a diary section.

4. Only can add 3 children, wish to add moreI love being able to easily and simply track feedings, diapers, pumping expression, and sleeping, as well as other important things such as growth.

5. There is no point in me entering my data into a list- I could just use a notepad! Please fix or revert to old version.I've found this app very useful to track feeding and sleeping especially.

6. The only way I've found to track that is to put it in the notes on the closest feeding, and then it doesn't show unless you click on that particular feeding.I love the app but the syncing doesn't work.

7. Also, all of this shows in a graph for those of us that prefer graphs.Very helpful for keeping track of feedings and diaper changes.

9. The nursing timer is a must for all breastfeeding mamas! At a glance on the home page of the app, I can see how long it was since the last fill-in-the-blank, and it really helps me be able to predict when babygirl is going to need to be fed, or is likely to sleep, etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ba Issues

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby + | Your Baby Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Baby + | Your Baby Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby + | Your Baby Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working


2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
