1. My recommendation would be to create a yearly option, keep the other tiers, create a limited free model funded by a company-run advertising model and expand your infrastructure into other sources of revenue that would double as marketing for SoundHound and relevant services.
2. It does cover a lot of functions I need it to do...saying that though there was a negative side for me...when I'm trying to have a conversation with someone if I am speaking in a normal register the app goes off all the time and starts recording what I am saying and then opening random web browsers.
3. Other than that I like the design and functions.Spends a lot of time annoying you with info about features you might not want to use.
4. An alternative option is to create your own library for user generated content as a platform to sell samples on to support this.Very inaccurate information.
5. Doesn't continue a dialog without constant "hey soundhound" reminders that you're still talking to it, sometimes doesn't read its responses, sometimes forgets the current conversation, etc.I absolutely adore the potential of this app.
6. EDIT Ok so messing around with the permissions I've found that when given permission to access my calendar (Google), it caused Hound to repeatedly crash.
7. Require reformulating questions many times before (and if) you get a satisfactory answer.Well there is major room for improvement! You let me pay for the full subscription but you don't let me use the local businesses in most of Europe.
8. Bait and switch trash posing as ChatGPT technology.I'm not comfortable paying for an AI assistant on my phone via a weekly/monthly subscription.
9. Hound wont stop playing music when i ask it to.
10. Not only is the supposed AI wildly inaccurate and also biased, but lacks its previous abilities and charm that made the original app desirable.
11. Once hound opens maps to navigate, hound no longer reacts to my voice.
