I thought this was the coupon app..tried to contact the company to delete my account with no response!WORSE APP EVER this company makes money selling the information from your online transactions to ad companies it's a total scam and on top of that it usually doesn't even have any actual coupons for what you're looking forThought it was, coupon app wasn't paying attention.

2. The app owners know what is going on because of the so many reviews that show that people have seen sexual images they have not wanted to, but they are choosing to let this happen.I GOT MY IP ADDRESS HACKED !!! USER BEWARE!! This app allows hackers to hack your IP address.

3. Thinking this was the coupon app where you get 10% off deals or whatever, I made an account and the app opened to a video chat with two people who probably didn't have a credit card and certainly shouldn't have had permission to use this app.

4. Hackers will use your IP to find your actual location.I wish I knew that this app was a scam before the best I could do was alter my information, change my name and username to gibberish, change my age and change my picture to black so no one can see my face.

5. Once I realised the app was rubbish I stopped using it and only just now tried to delete it to no avail.Under GDPR, I am entitled to have my data deleted.

6. Completey and utterly disgusting and it is issue that Google play has not deleted this app.awkward. i thought this was the thing thats helps find you coupons online.

1. Fix Honey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Honey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Honey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Honey" » Open Honey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Honey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Honey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Honey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Honey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Honey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Honey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Honey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Honey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Honey not working

2. Fix Honey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Honey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Honey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Honey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
