1. & the text, theme etc are pretty impressive," all in all i think i gonna use this new notepad.Nice, very easy to use......problem is I set a password for one of the notes, then forgot the password, how do I reset the password???I love this Notepad and the only thing I would like to see is to make the file export easier.

2. Just don't like the ads but I get around it by closing the app and reopening again lol.Excellent, but on reinstalling app, the cursor jumps to the bottom of all text when I'm editing notes.

3. When you select an area of text to fix wrap around in upper part, once done it then jumps to the bottom of the field.

5. I looked at a note for literally 1 second and then spent the next couple minutes trying to close apps that if you're not quick enough we'll autoplay for like a full minute.

6. Literally anything you do expect to see 30 seconds worth of ads.Saves your notes automatically whether or not you close the app or your phone shuts off.

7. Pasted text in bottom text field is hard to clean up now.

9. If I could recommend something an update, do away with the ads, and maybe a possibility to save folders within existing folders.Note :: developer responds.

10. Sadly, app does not display title tabs in color like advertised, only white; i tried everything in settings.

1. Fix Notepad Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notepad Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notepad Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notepad Notes" » Open Notepad Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notepad Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notepad Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notepad Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notepad Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notepad Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notepad Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notepad Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notepad Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notepad Notes not working

2. Fix Notepad Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notepad Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notepad Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notepad Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
