1. You need better customer service that fully understands the English language!!!!Uninstalling Used for years and years now uninstalling! I use this for only one purpose to edit my passwords in a text file and save them.
2. It should be English.Before this update, app was working very good and now I'm unable to star an entire folder and for individual file, first have to open, then go to recent tab, there file can be marked with star.
3. Edit: for clarity, Hancom sent me an email after allowing them access to parts of my Google account but in return they emailed me something in Chinese regarding it.
4. Now Hancom doesn't want me to be able to save my file with out a monthly subscription.
5. Even while trying to sign up for the paid version it's in Chinese or some kind of symbols language and your response is the same to all questions from other users.
6. You should either be able to do somethings with it or not list it as a free app at all.App works well, after downloading they sent me an email in Chinese but there's no way to translate it.
7. But it's not anything like I recall it being useful in reading and accessing files in my storage that many of the other apps were not able to assist me with.
8. At the end, app has turned to bad experience.I've paid for the monthly membership quite a long time, and lately it started to crash every time I try to open a document.
9. It's not a comfortable feeling knowing that they sent me something that I can't read especially when they have access to parts of my Google account.
10. It's not unreasonable to have to pay for this but I just don't like my experience with Hancom today.Not sure why but this is another one i am having an issue with using it properly on my device.
11. I do remember using the app a couple years ago and it was one of the better apps I had discovered at the time.
I want to cancel my subscription please
