1. You need better customer service that fully understands the English language!!!!Uninstalling Used for years and years now uninstalling! I use this for only one purpose to edit my passwords in a text file and save them.

2. It should be English.Before this update, app was working very good and now I'm unable to star an entire folder and for individual file, first have to open, then go to recent tab, there file can be marked with star.

3. Edit: for clarity, Hancom sent me an email after allowing them access to parts of my Google account but in return they emailed me something in Chinese regarding it.

4. Now Hancom doesn't want me to be able to save my file with out a monthly subscription.

5. Even while trying to sign up for the paid version it's in Chinese or some kind of symbols language and your response is the same to all questions from other users.

6. You should either be able to do somethings with it or not list it as a free app at all.App works well, after downloading they sent me an email in Chinese but there's no way to translate it.

7. But it's not anything like I recall it being useful in reading and accessing files in my storage that many of the other apps were not able to assist me with.

1. Fix Hancom Office Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hancom Office: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hancom Office App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hancom Office" » Open Hancom Office » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hancom Office » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hancom Office app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hancom Office servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hancom Office" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hancom Office app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hancom Office might not work.
