Why should I report an Issue with G-Whizz! for Google Apps?

1. Would be nice to be able to add your own apps to the banner ribbon.This is a well-designedand would be a convenient easy-to-use app that I would be happy to share with friends however it will not stop crashing after only a minute or two ofReally convenient app.

2. The only problems are it lags a lot and doesn't want to load upI like this app but jt was fine on my iPhone but after I changed to android it is crashing whenever I want to copy something from itAbandoned, 2016, DELETE, CONSTANT CRASHING.

1. Fix G-Whizz! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart G-Whizz!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the G-Whizz! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "G-Whizz!" » Open G-Whizz! for Google Apps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for G-Whizz! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear G-Whizz! for Google Apps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from G-Whizz! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "G-Whizz! for Google Apps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check G-Whizz! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, G-Whizz! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall G-Whizz!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall G-Whizz! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing G-Whizz! not working

2. Fix G-Whizz! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make G-Whizz! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to G-Whizz! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, G-Whizz! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
