I've even watch the videos and still can't find how to sync between my phone and laptop-a feature that is always free on good apps (& I have found many statements from reviewers saying it is free) but when I try to do it I'm told it's a paid feature only... I'm hoping I am just missing it.No direct feedback option.

11. About four years ago I found myself extremely busy at work and at home and began applying GTD to get through it all.

1. Fix 2Do Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2Do: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2Do App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2Do" » Open 2Do - To do List & Reminders » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2Do » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2Do - To do List & Reminders app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2Do servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2Do - To do List & Reminders" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2Do app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2Do might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2Do. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2Do then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2Do not working

2. Fix 2Do Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2Do be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2Do not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2Do may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
