1. It never gets past tips, which aren't actually tips, but just short videos advertising the app (which is stupid because if you are seeing them, you have already downloaded the app anyway.)I wanted to test before purchase, and this app with add covering 1/3 of my screen drove me away.

2. Three sections called Tip (1, 2, or 3) and all they are, are videos on how to use the app, but no actual app.. my niece has this on iPhone and it has full interaction with drop menus and search bars and actually shows planets and stars and space stations.

3. Says it's done but when I try to open I get a little picture of the sky and at the bottom it says it's loading eventually giving me an orange x that takes me to a screen with 3 videos that I can't get rid of to do anything else!!Open the app and it only allows me to select 1 of 3 options.

4. Thank Goodness for Blockada! Download the Blockada APK now for Android... or Privacy Pro for iPhone from the app store! Both free and will save you the headache! Dont let the man win! Both free Ad blockers.

6. Basically just consists of 3 short videos of how you could use the app if it actually worked, but nothing else, no actual functionality.

7. The videos aren't even in full screen.

9. Block Ads! Don't believe me.... Google it! You can be ad free in all apps and browsers!Bad experience.

1. Fix Sky Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sky Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sky Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sky Guide" » Open Sky Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sky Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sky Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sky Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sky Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sky Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sky Guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sky Guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sky Guide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sky Guide not working

2. Fix Sky Guide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sky Guide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sky Guide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sky Guide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
