Why should I report an Issue with PAX Nav?

2. This app gives you access to the full schedule, exhibitor lists, maps, show specials, access into PAX XP, and much more.

1. Search in schedule doesn't work, you can only set schedule reminders globally and not individually, and it doesn't update to show the new schedule changes...This was really useful to have the info stored locally on my phone rather than be searching for reception in the convention center.

2. Not accessible.So far this is the first year that the pax app just works and doesn't frustrate the f outta meFunctional I guess.

3. Also, it was real fun to scan all the QR codes around the show!I was really excited when pax announced there would be an app for pax east 2023.

1. Fix PAX Nav Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PAX Nav: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PAX Nav App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PAX Nav" » Open PAX Nav » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PAX Nav » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PAX Nav app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PAX Nav servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PAX Nav" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PAX Nav app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PAX Nav might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PAX Nav. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PAX Nav then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PAX Nav not working

2. Fix PAX Nav Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PAX Nav be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PAX Nav not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PAX Nav may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
