If I click on the live video settings (gear) and select any streaming bit rate other than Auto it doesn't cut out!really like the app and considering it as a master source of news for me.. however during the latest update the app icon keeps showing the badge (top corner number) and no matter what i read or how many time i open the app it keeps increasing which annoys me and i have to clear the badge every time.
