Fast recognition of text as far as to hand writing Observation: Added symbols between text that are not on the original copy.I love this idc if you have to crop the photo twice it just wants you to make it as small as possible until it see words and it's totally worth the process , specially if you don't understand text like JapaneseWow! I have no idea where did the translation came from! I tried to translate a chinese text that I already asked a friend of mine to translate beforehand and what I get from this app is not even 0.01 percent accurate.Works first time and easy to use.

2. I love itI give this a app a one because it keeps bombarding me with pop-ups begging me to give them a 5-star review before I've even had the chance to do one thing inside the app! Why not wait a few weeks? They are clearly more interested in building up their brand than actually making a decent product.

3. Also like the feature but it translates from your screenGREAT APP! LETS ME TAKE A PICTURE AND CHANGE EFFECTS, BUT I DID NOT DOWNLOAD A CAMERA, I DOWNLOADED AN APP THAT SAYS TRANSLATE.

4. And everytime I uploaded a picture, somewhow this Scan Translate app would close and the picture would appear in the OCR app from tech solutions instead.

5. I'm uninstalling.This app use to work really well for me, it was my go to when I was translating comics from different countries.. But then ads took over and the app would start crashing out of no where.. It's not what it use to be and I'm disappointed.

6. Maybe misses the occasional word but nothing that you can't work out in the context.Wonderful app, travel a lot hard to communicate.

7. DOESNT WORK AND MISLEADING CANT EVEN RECOGNIZE ANYTHING.

8. This will help I will put my earphones at work and listen while working.

9. The option to translate was no longer there.

1. Fix Scan, Extract Text & Translate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scan, Extract Text & Translate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scan, Extract Text & Translate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scan, Extract Text & Translate" » Open Scan, Extract Text & Translate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scan, Extract Text & Translate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scan, Extract Text & Translate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scan, Extract Text & Translate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scan, Extract Text & Translate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scan, Extract Text & Translate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scan, Extract Text & Translate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scan, Extract Text & Translate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scan, Extract Text & Translate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scan, Extract Text & Translate not working

2. Fix Scan, Extract Text & Translate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scan, Extract Text & Translate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
