Why should I report an Issue with fubar?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I would suggest possibly making it so that users have the ability to navigate their phone's albums when choosing photos to upload, as this would make it easier to find what I want to upload to my profile.I became a member of fubar Dec 15, 2017.

2. Thank youApp worked properly for a few minutes after signup, but now constantly gives the "oops... Something went wrong" error with pages not loading any content.

3. Asking them to delete my profile if they're unable to fix the issue also resulted in zero response and zero action.

4. Been a fan of fubar since the beginning.I have heard about this app being buggy or glitchy, which I can see, however it's really not so bad on my end.

5. Even though you accept the permission of location from your phone but it still says that you need to set permission and it doesn't let you see who's around you.

1. Fix fubar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart fubar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the fubar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "fubar" » Open fubar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for fubar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear fubar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from fubar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "fubar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check fubar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, fubar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall fubar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall fubar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing fubar not working

2. Fix fubar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make fubar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to fubar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, fubar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
