1. Some user experience testing needed with this app for sure.Highly recommend Lora, very professional, fantastic service and treatments.I tried to add twoo different bank cards..but Fresha doesnt accept both of them.

2. It has a detailed list of all past services I've had done and the remainders are very helpful.I used to LOVE this app, but recent updates have meant that when you select a 'subcategory' of treatments, it won't load the entire list and also scrolls down the page, very awkward indeed.

3. I tried to book with a salon and when it comes to deposit payment to secure a booking, the page just keeps playing up when you click on the link.

4. Such a waste of time!After last update of web and app versions I can't choose master - the second step always missed, so it is always go from 1st directly to 3d step, which is not good.

1. Fix Fresha Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fresha: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fresha App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fresha" » Open Fresha for customers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fresha » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fresha for customers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fresha servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fresha for customers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fresha app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fresha might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fresha. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fresha then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fresha not working

2. Fix Fresha Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fresha be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fresha not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fresha may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
