1. No way to know what image has been sent.Dear team, over all its work superb but chat option like whatsapp give us mark as read option whenever we close respective person chat it's again pop up When some other person buzz me on whatsapp it's been harrasing to see again same notification even though we choose option i.e. close 2nd I observed whenever I choose block i.e. group msg chat new msg appear in same group it's get popup rather than blocking me to reply them.

I only can read the notification but can't reply them due the bug.You must solve this problem.. every time a msg comes it pops out on the screen automatically...you should add on and off feature so we can manage... otherwise it pops out in front of the screen while playing games or watching videos...it good to see bubble but the whole chat box opened upUsing pro/ paid version : messages don't align sequentially.

3. - The chat heads actually closed when I close them (particularly Gmail) it will open the same chat head for the same email about 5 times until I rage quit 🙃I have been using this app for a long time.

1. Fix Notifly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notifly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notifly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notifly" » Open Notifly » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notifly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notifly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notifly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notifly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notifly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notifly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notifly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notifly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notifly not working

2. Fix Notifly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notifly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notifly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notifly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
