1. Thank you for such a commendable app.I managed to download a book only then everytime it says جاري التحميل for very long time and nothing is downloaded even though I bought the paid version.

2. After a few minutes it may be able to download.I am unable to download any book available in the library after the update when I click download show download failed, download again.

3. But I have the following issue: After successfully downloading two books, it began to fail everytime you want to download a book.

4. One problem is that we can't copy the text of the book,so this issue must be considered as immediately as possible.Would be a very good app if it wasn't for the bugs.

7. May Allah reward and accept everyone who worked for it.It is an incredibly amazing app but there's a problem with coying and coloring notes options, does not work from the first attempt, to do so you have to try at least twice if not thrice.

8. Two requests to the developers, when I copy a word to see the meaning it copies the word & title of the book also along which makes it difficult as I have to deleted the title and then paste to see meaning.

9. Some books won't download and sometimes there's an error happening during or after searching in the books.

10. It is already downloaded, it won't download again and I cannot open it.

1. Fix Islamic Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Islamic Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Islamic Library App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Islamic Library" » Open Islamic Library - shamela book reader - free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Islamic Library » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Islamic Library - shamela book reader - free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Islamic Library servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Islamic Library - shamela book reader - free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Islamic Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Islamic Library might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Islamic Library. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Islamic Library then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Islamic Library not working
