1. MY RESPONSE TO DEVELOPERS' RESPONSE: Other translator apps translate phrases as well as single words although THEY, the same as yours, are nothing more than Google translator clones - & Google translator is pathetic when unknowledgable translators cannot give contextual translations. This app is extremely useful when taking French in high school because it provides various translations so the user can choose the one that correctly fits in the sentence.Great app.
2. Its nice, and has been helpful.Wooooow the app works perfectly works very well I am able to use it frequently with no problems I love the app and it is helping me to learn french with no abstacles I love the app it is a wonderful app I adore it and willing to share it with others willing to learn french in ZambiaIt gives explicit translation of words.
3. It offers instant gratification, translating words heard on presentations often pivotal to the topic.the app is just a perfect app,but would have been better if it could have a translator which can help pronunce the words,so that we will know how to say the words we can't read in FrenchIt translates words n short sentences.
4. Very helpful in finding the right word for someone whose foreign language skills are getting rusty. This translator will only translate one word at a time.
5. Works smoothly, and solid content! Removing ads is a $1 in-app purchase - super cheap for a good dictionary.
6. I especially appreciate the quick cross-reference links - e.g. looking at "wood" and seeing the gloss "bois", I can tap "bois" to go straight to that entry to see more detail and nuance.
7. The same developers have an all-French dictionary which has far more detail... just harder for me to read because it's in French.
8. Both are helpful.Simple translation app, no issues, works great.
9. Could be best if it could translate a whole phrase.Seems thorough.
10. I like the examples using the word I am seeking.
11. But sometimes an English word.
