1. Notification option is not available for child meals Hope these will be implemented in future updates Thank youThis is a brilliant app and the functionality is great! It would be good if you could react (Like for example) messages that are sent through as well so you can give a positive response to the person sending them without the need to directly reply to every message.No proper search function, so to find a specific update from couple of months ago is a proper nightmare, you literally have to guess which one it is, or go through them all.

2. Minor bugs are unable to mark things as read, unable to download/share photos outside of app which is frustrating not to be able to share with other family members and finally invoices are only sent to one parent rather than both? Finally there is no way to export things like food diary when all the information is there - we are tracking intolerances so would make it much easier.Really helpful app to get daily updates of my child from nursery.

3. Great app let's me see what my son is getting up to at nursery when posted on the app, see his day with his class, what he's had to eat with along with his toilet breaks, also invoices being sent over.Easy to use, has all the relevant information.

4. It is helpful if the tagged photo gallery is displayed something similar to phones photo gallery since it will be good to navigate through old photos.

5. From getting pictures of what my child was doing that day, updates and news from the nursery and what they eat in the day.

6. 3 stars because of navigation.Really good app for getting information from the nursery.

7. For example 20 photos might be shared so the first 3 appear on the feed and the fourth photo will have +17 over it but when I click in I can only see the 4th photo not the additional 16 photos as no way to click onwards.

8. Have to keep getting a magic link, still not working, apparently my email address is unauthorized even it's the same one I've used every other time previously to log in.

9. Otherwise, it works well.Seems to be a bug when using the app with an android phone where I can't click to see additional photos shared on the newsfeed.

10. It has definitely increased the level of interaction with nursery though, which is fab!I've only been using this for the last 3 months and thought it worked pretty well, although it's a little clunky in places.

11. Concept is great and allows a much better understanding of child day at nursery.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Famly Issues

1. Fix Famly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Famly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Famly App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Famly" » Open Famly » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Famly » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Famly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Famly servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Famly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Famly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Famly might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Famly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Famly then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Famly not working


2. Fix Famly Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Famly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Famly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Famly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
