1. Given initial scan quality, doesn't seem worth the hassle.Paid for the full version still couldn't get a good scan.

2. The one gripe I have to mention is that it doesn't seem to scan hollow objects very well, but I've only tried one thing and it's probably not the best thing to scan (a glossy ceramic cup my son made).

3. It also seems that if it did work it would be really expensive, one export one credit seems hefty when one of the things I'm going to scan it 150 small parts.

5. My son and I are going to have quite a bit of fun with this!After multiple scan attempts (matchbox car on required printed scanning mat) results were still nowhere near usable.

6. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.Just get a blank screen when trying to scan, the AR dome sees it but when you go to record/scan just black screen with no feedback.

7. I even tried getting a lazy Susan and a tripod to keep everything as still and stable as possible during scanning and the thing doesn't work worth a damn.

8. I occasionally have an issue where I click scan and nothing happens other than the screen going blank...any advice from the developers?.

9. You would think because I paid for the full version that I would download the full version again from my Google account from the Google Play store but no they want me to buy the full version again.

10. After reinstalling the app does not recognize that I paid for the full version and there is nowhere to actually sign in or validate active accounts.

1. Fix Qlone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qlone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qlone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qlone" » Open Qlone - 3D Scanning & AR Solution » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qlone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qlone - 3D Scanning & AR Solution app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qlone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qlone - 3D Scanning & AR Solution" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qlone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qlone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qlone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qlone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qlone not working

2. Fix Qlone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qlone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qlone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qlone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
