Thanks for helping this grandmother to keep up to date with my local and national weatherNice to look at but doesn't have radar map, doesn't allow me to save locations (only reports current location), Los Angeles is default with no way to remove it - better for just a glance, not detailed planning.Had this app now for quite a while, very good, very accurate and excellent widgets.

2. Tried your suggestion to stop and clear data and worked,so glad to have this app back👍great app, usually pretty accurate with the forecast for my part of the UK ..... looks modern and clean without being gimmicky ....This app is efficient and runs smoothly as long as you have wifi.

3. The widgets on most of the "big players" for weather apps are horrendous.I have tried so many other weather apps and they are always so off with the predictions.

8. There's a notable increase in ads since the initial download & does seem to be a/b an hr off in it's timing but, that's consistent enough for me to gauge a timeframe whenever necessary.

1. Fix Weather XL PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather XL PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather XL PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather XL PRO" » Open Weather XL PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather XL PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather XL PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather XL PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather XL PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather XL PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather XL PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather XL PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather XL PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather XL PRO not working

2. Fix Weather XL PRO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather XL PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather XL PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather XL PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
