The videos get stuck at times, so perhaps the app should be able to adjust the video resolution based on the internet speed.Really interesting and quick app to get daily news in European countries.had to disable permission for this app to show me notifications as there is no option to keep notifications, but silent.

2. Many so-called "current" news articles are stale or dated, e.g. on June 16, 2023 an article entitled "Easter travel: UK travellers urged..." EASTER news in the month of JUNE??? Laughable.Pretty good.

Way too many ads and there are odd periods where the latest news keep spinning one after another and then hours of some side investigative documentaries that go on without any news reports in between.Those of us who use the phone app, I believe, use it to watch or listen to Euronews while we drive, cook, shower etc.

1. Fix Euronews Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Euronews: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Euronews App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Euronews" » Open Euronews - Daily, live TV news » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Euronews » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Euronews - Daily, live TV news app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Euronews servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Euronews - Daily, live TV news" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Euronews app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Euronews might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Euronews. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Euronews then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Euronews not working

2. Fix Euronews Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Euronews be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Euronews not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Euronews may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
