1. Other than that, it's great :)I'm wondering if there's a way you can update this into a game where you can try out the tanks and shoot targeted objects I'm just saying this that would be pretty cool lost with you I'm really hoping you won't have that under premium pass because that would be really sucky anyways I really like it gives me good armor detailing and I've even searched up on Google I'm even searched up on Google and this app is ridiculously accurate and I really like that keep it going people keep it goingUnusable.

I hope these features will be added back in over time.Great overall app when it normally works, at the moment when you go to look at the armor viewer it will say you don't have the correct version and will give you the chance to go to the play store and update it but there is no new update available.Very good app but 2 things are bothering me, first one is the fact that you removed 3d view of any tanks.

3. Please revert back to the old model viewer, the newer one isn't nearly as good.Payed for app that doesn't shows tank models, weakspots, modules etc.

4. ThanksWhile I am very pleased by the (long overdue) release of a new update, I must say that I am saddened by the loss of many features, such as the armor model and Armor Piercer functions.

5. On three devices (new phone, old tablet, PC Android emulator), surprisingly, the only one it worked flawlessly on was the PC, okay on phone, inop on tablet.It was great until the 3d model changed.

6. Not a single tank model available... 2X installed n uninstalled it to try fix that bug-still nothing.

7. The models lag and the armor doesn't display until you let go of the target.

8. PROBLEM is, I tried to buy a subscription to reward the dev for the work, but it forgot I paid and there was no recognizable way to get what I pay for, so I cancelled it.

9. Only thing that works is tank comparison tool-that already exists inside WoT.

10. It worked originally, then forgot next time I opened the app.

11. Nothing from yours YouTube tutorial doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Knowledge Base Issues

1. Fix Knowledge Base Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Knowledge Base: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Knowledge Base App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Knowledge Base" » Open Knowledge Base for WoT » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Knowledge Base » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Knowledge Base for WoT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Knowledge Base servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Knowledge Base for WoT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Knowledge Base app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Knowledge Base might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Knowledge Base. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Knowledge Base then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Knowledge Base not working


2. Fix Knowledge Base Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Knowledge Base be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Knowledge Base not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Knowledge Base may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
