2. The new El Pais is now not reporting current news from Spain but reporting old mostly irrelevant news from Spanish Speaking counties other than Spain.

3. Now neither appears as an option.I have a valid payed subscription but cannot access the content I paid for since the last update.

1. Fix EL PAÍS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EL PAÍS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EL PAÍS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EL PAÍS" » Open EL PAÍS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EL PAÍS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EL PAÍS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EL PAÍS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EL PAÍS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EL PAÍS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EL PAÍS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EL PAÍS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EL PAÍS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EL PAÍS not working
