There also needs to be a way of creating folders to categorize different notes, and a person can export full folders at an instant to Google drive, to other cloud services, etc., Without having to export notes individually one by one.Excellent notes/to-do app with one major drawback...no calendar sync.

2. The one main issue I have is that the app CONSTANTLY sends me notifications saying useless things like "review your notes" or "make sure to record your important things".

4. This would have been a keeper except for the following personal reasons: 1: Subscription ONLY (you cannot simply buy an ad free version.) 2: In-Your-Face-Ads (time consuming FULLSCREEN adds every time I hit save.

8. This app works well enough for taking notes, and has a feature where you can add photos, which is cool.

9. I am not sure how I would recover and read my notes if something happens to the app.

10. Keep looking.There needs to be "Undo" / "Redo" buttons so that a person does not accidentally erase his texts.

1. Fix Smart Note Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Note: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Note App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Note" » Open Smart Note - Notes, Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Note » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Note - Notes, Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Note servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Note - Notes, Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Note app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Note might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Note. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Note then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Note not working

2. Fix Smart Note Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Note be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Note not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Note may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
