Why should I report an Issue with ToonHive - Cartoon animator?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ducky apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The features included in this creator is so good and easy to use, but the problem is ,if we stop the programme and start later all the edits will destoy! So please try to solve this problem in next version......This is a good app but terrible user interface i've find it very sloopy with the strange tools you come around missing with it.

2. Will the next update will have shading in the paint option? I would appreciate it very much! The only trouble I am having is it crashes on me now and then.I really like how it works, but some weird glitches or random parts of the drawing goes into my other frames and it really bothers me because I'm afraid I might lose all my progress and everything just deletes itself.

Out of room.Its a pretty good app but sometimes when I go to edit my animation it just crashes so then I have to wait like a half hour before it let's me do anything please fix this Update: the app won't work it won't let me login it says jackanimates does not exist even though thats my user name.

4. This application is just a clunky and hard to use version of FlipaClip basically i find every feature on it to be hard to understand even though there are tutorials in the menu that tells you how to use it there are a lot of unwanted things on it that messes up your project and can't undo.

5. Lastly, I'd like the animation to play in a loop, not only once.This is a good app for animating videos for youtube.

6. I have to constantly uninstall and re install the app because of the glitches fix this now!!!Not really what i was looking for but maybe later you'll add a way to use pictures that you have drawn already and use the to animate instead having having to draw them on the app.

7. I also don't like the fact that I have to meet a standard in order to "complete" my animatic.I think it's okay, but I don't like the thing that you need to press on a frame first to open the timeline.

8. Also, when I wanna play my animation it doesn't play all of the frames, resulting to a laggy animation.

9. Still don't understand them, like you try to draw the next bit and it makes a weird noise as though you've screenshotted??? Why?? Bad graphics too.

10. My main problem is that I can't change the brush size, which is probably just me being dumb, but you should go into more detail.

1. Fix ToonHive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ToonHive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ToonHive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToonHive" » Open ToonHive - Cartoon animator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToonHive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ToonHive - Cartoon animator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToonHive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToonHive - Cartoon animator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ToonHive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToonHive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ToonHive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToonHive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ToonHive not working

2. Fix ToonHive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ToonHive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ToonHive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ToonHive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
