1. I don't mind keeping this app on my phone for the kids to experience the book in a digital realm, they love it.When moving the phone over the picture, the pit bull face will come up and a play symbol, but when you push play it just stays on that screen, nothing happens.

2. On a Galaxy s21, so it's current software and not a off brand tablet.The app is slow, animations ridicules and app does not work if your device has more then one camera ... No options for settings ... Very bad user experience.This app used to work pretty well, but the latest update appears to have bricked it.

3. :)We have been enjoying the books and the animations but can't seem to get them working on The Dragon Defenders Book 3.Amazing, doesn't work for the first part of the dragon defenders book 3.

4. It hangs on either the dragon brothers logo screen or a blank cream screen on three different devices.Downloaded the app and it would not load.

5. My daughter and I went back through the pages we missed last night and were blown away by a few of them.The pictures and experience is very cool, kids love it.

6. Some videos didn't load, frustrating for someone whose kids just want to enjoy the books.

1. Fix AR Reads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AR Reads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AR Reads App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AR Reads" » Open AR Reads » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AR Reads » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AR Reads app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AR Reads servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AR Reads" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AR Reads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AR Reads might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AR Reads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AR Reads then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AR Reads not working

2. Fix AR Reads Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AR Reads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AR Reads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AR Reads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
