Why should I report an Issue with Konfesso - Social Confession App - Made in India?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I'm only giving it three stars because I'm unable to sign into a past account (i had to un-install the app because none of the confessions were loading at all) and it doesn't allow me to create a new account (It repeatedly says "something went wrong, try again!") Other than that, I would totally give 5 stars.Generate a random username or let people check it out before having to create a username.

Maybe Google play account sign-in can help?This app has amazing concept,now we can easily sahre our thoughts, our feelings means we can konfess anything...Wow that's sounds good.. 😘 I would like to thank you for making this amazing App.A very innovative and interesting app! The whole idea of expressing yourself is great.

3. I have tried both the Google and Facebook signups but not yet responding.I think it's a good idea although there are many apps about getting famous etc but this app deals with feelings that's what counts 💙I really want to try this app, but it won't let me sign up.

4. Loved it!Tried to make an account and it won't let me get past the sign in stage.

5. Install Whisper instead - way better .am unable to sign up for the account.

6. Facebook sign in is not working.Can't sign up with google or Facebook and there is no way to sign-up without either.

7. It's a little too boring right now.Hey guys, enable live mode in developer facebook dashboard.

8. It doesn't feel safe sharing data and having to make up fake name just to see what an app is about.

9. It's not as active as I had hoped, but the layout is user friendly, and allows for nice community interactions.

1. Fix Konfesso Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Konfesso: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Konfesso App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Konfesso" » Open Konfesso - Social Confession App - Made in India » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Konfesso » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Konfesso - Social Confession App - Made in India app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Konfesso servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Konfesso - Social Confession App - Made in India" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Konfesso app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Konfesso might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Konfesso. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Konfesso then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Konfesso not working

2. Fix Konfesso Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Konfesso be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Konfesso not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Konfesso may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
