1. Whatever that update did changed the entire format and it might be an improvement (definitely looks more official), but the loss of my current work is annoying.Sorry, no stars! The app which has been useful for many users, free as well as paid for, has gone backwards.

2. Going back to my computer and ditching the app.I use this app all the time for club business and it makes voting on things like outings and shirt designs easy.

3. Then someone got the bright idea to completely change the entire experience with the latest (03-04-22) update and made it absolutely terrible.

5. The dates looked correct when I was making the event, but when I checked to see what people voted for the dates were all moved one day backwards.

7. But after the most recent update, I can't access any of the polls I've created in the last 4 months, notably the ongoing poll of an event in April.

8. If the website makes these changes as well I won't be using doodle any longer.I used this for years and it was amazing you could copy times for multiple days and had a lot of options.

9. It doesn't show the amount of people who have responded accurately, then when I got to look at my responses it literally shows nothing.

10. The typical "First-past-the-post" style vote works for some things, but leaves a lot of people unhappy in some cases.

1. Fix Doodle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doodle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doodle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doodle" » Open Doodle - Easy Scheduling » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doodle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doodle - Easy Scheduling app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doodle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doodle - Easy Scheduling" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doodle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doodle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doodle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doodle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doodle not working

2. Fix Doodle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doodle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doodle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doodle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
