1. Edit: Watch causes calling issues.The callback only works on speaker phone, and if you open up GPS while on the phone, you can't turn the phone off... It takes awhile for the "complete delivery" button to appear sometimes, and it appears prematurely (not a big deal) other times.

2. At least add a feature to auto dial the customer with your own phone in the case it breaks, or show the customers phone number?? Having to stop to read the receipt to find the customers phone number and manually type it in is not ideal.

3. The app crashes when the system is overloaded with orders (the same thing happens with Pulse, so I guess I should expect this to occur).Since the update in mid June battery consumption has more than doubled.

4. Uses way too much battery, crashes my phone, and it can not tell a difference between east, a regular road or west.

5. Also you are required to give it access to your location microphone and phone which it does not need for the main features that are actually useful.

6. Domino's needs to find a new developer, not a night goes by that I don't have issues.GPS always running in the new version, wasting battery, with persistent tracking, even when not driving.

7. Doesn't work on my S22+ nor on my old S10.Have used this app for almost 2 years now and every other update breaks the calling feature in the app.

8. If I'm listening to music and try to use the phone feature, my music plays to the customer instead of my voice.

9. I have enough issues with Google Maps in my area, I don't need Domino's adding difficulty.This app is a complete mess and an invasion of privacy.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Delivery Experience Issues

1. Fix Delivery Experience Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Delivery Experience: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Delivery Experience App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Delivery Experience" » Open Delivery Experience » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Delivery Experience » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Delivery Experience app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Delivery Experience servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Delivery Experience" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Delivery Experience app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Delivery Experience might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Delivery Experience. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Delivery Experience then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Delivery Experience not working


2. Fix Delivery Experience Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Delivery Experience be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Delivery Experience not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Delivery Experience may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
