Why should I report an Issue with US States?

1. Please consider adding the state because many people would want this, including me.Awesome ! The amount of Info in this App is just huge and useful! Plus, the developer couldn't be any smarter than this by displaying the animation pics describing how thankful he/she is after the customer contributed with some bucks for the support in the development of the App.

2. Generally a well thought and laid out app.This is a very good app with huge amounts of info except--why is there no listing for New York state? New York City has its own listing but the state doesn't.

3. There should also be an app about the 7 continents exactly like this one.I love the US States map very to look at each state.Easy to use, all the info you need.NEW YORK IS A STATE.

4. On the individual state maps I would like to be able to zoom in; even add a few more geographical features.

1. Fix US States Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart US States: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the US States App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "US States" » Open US States » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for US States » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear US States app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from US States servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "US States" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check US States app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, US States might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall US States. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall US States then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing US States not working

2. Fix US States Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make US States be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to US States not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, US States may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
