Why should I report an Issue with Walktrough for Discover University?

1. i have not played this yet, but i know that youtubers have, and i thought it would be fun if i got this game.... it was very hard to find this game because all the youtubers i watched only put ' sims' and not ' discover university' so it was very hard to find.....and i didn't find this one until a while after i found out this game even was a thing because there was a lot of walk through's and tips instead of the real game ....but im am pretty sure i will find this game very interesting!!!This game is so like not working but it is fun to play tho even tho it doesn't work it's fun to play and play with famliy friends cousin And more Or u can play with other games u like to play not just this game other games are fun too to play play one game U can't stop playing if you are playing with someone U know and so play other games to relax and enjoy the games u like and play I give it a five star...

2. Pls.I don't know to play all the youtubers I see playing sims 4 but not showing me the real sims 4 it showing me only words I don't know to start and playI hate it it's not right it's boring and all it has is reading on each one of them I don't want to play it anymoreI hate it.

1. Fix Walktrough Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Walktrough: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Walktrough App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Walktrough" » Open Walktrough for Discover University » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Walktrough » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Walktrough for Discover University app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Walktrough servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Walktrough for Discover University" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Walktrough app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Walktrough might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Walktrough. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Walktrough then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Walktrough not working

2. Fix Walktrough Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Walktrough be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Walktrough not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Walktrough may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
