1. When I had not a clue which mineral a rock was it narrowed down choices and I ascertained the identity of my specimen with a few other comparisons but had it not been for this app I don't know if I could have pin pointed it down so quickly. At least less ads I mean if I really needed it I'd pay premium but I don't need it that bad so maybe a ad once in 10 min instead like ten in less than 4 mins.
2. I've been using it for about ten minutes and it's taken me back around 8 times.I found the index and vast amount of information helpful, but I got this app thinking I would take a picture of a rock/mineral and it would find a variety of matches.
3. Contains good info thoughNice, I look further to seeing it develop to Super minerals identifier and analysiser capable of analysing space rock.Basically Wikipedia wrapped in a bow.
4. Granted, I did not look at every single mineral, so it's possible that the app publishes some original content somewhere, but those I did look at before deleting the app (azure and analcime) were lifted straight out of Wikipedia.Just started using it minutes ago.
5. It doesn't do this, but it is still interesting and, in other cases, helpful.Downloaded to identify rocks and minerals in the mountains.
6. As the saying goes leave no stone unturned.. Way to go to those involved, Awesome job..I have found the app MINERAL GUIDE very helpful.
7. After I paid for the add free version I couldn't find where to use my camera to identify my rock.
8. As is now I cant recommend if you're cluelessly trying to identify a rock, it would take up way to much time to browse through the guide.
9. The only problem so far is that it randomly glitches and takes me back to the beginning of the rock and mineral alphabet, and I have go back to where I was before the glitch.
10. Super bummed cause I thought I was finally going to find out what I have in my collection! A few minor improvements to this app I could give a better rating.
11. App wouldn't take a picture, I had to pick from a list (clearly I would if I knew what the rock was).
