Galaxy s23 running latest android software.For over a week now I haven't had text message has been up there three times to get it fixed tell me to download this app the app still doesn't work and you expect me to pay my bill I wouldn't even go back to the place I think it's time to cancel my serviceC Spire does not put customers first! I do NOT recommend this service.
2. Way to take something that was ok and turn it into a complete waste of space on my phoneWhy mess with the app? It worked just fine until the update now you can't sign in and even when I try to sign in through the website It says the same thing uuuggghhhhThis app only shows the logo, will not open.
3. Apparently, C Spire customers aren't allowed to experience financial hardship! I was told to change my plan I would have to pay $55, but I only had $30 that month! For some reason, explaining this to them was impossible.
4. Zero understanding!I need to pay my bill and this new download isn't working and now I don't have service.
5. Sure, the app works decently enough for my needs, but that's not going to matter much if you ever need help with something else *outside* of the app regarding your account or bill.The app currently is not loading up.
6. I was moving and needed to have my service disconnected, but was charged for months after my initial request to disconnect even after the rep "assured" me it would get disconnected.
7. They suspended my service a day early and wouldn't let me lower my plan so that I could afford to reactivate my service.
8. Why mess up a good thing?After 2 new updates I can no longer sign in to my account.
9. C Spire's customer service is absolute garbage and completely useless.
10. Why did yall mess with the other app ... it worked fine.I should have listen to others and not updated my app.
