1. As of right now, I have NOT received my child support and I had to find the old version to see the amount and yet because EppiCard switched over to another debit card program called Way2go it has mess me up with trying to pay bills this month.
2. Nothing about this app is good.The app sucks it doesn't work properly like it once did when I first downloaded it.. Now with all these updates I have trouble logging in I no longer get notifications when a payment has been made.
3. With this new update, I no longer receive notifications when I receive payments, it makes me log back in when I try to go back to the previous screen, the dates for payments don't show accurately, and it doesn't show the full history of payments anymore.
4. The only way we can tell if a payment has been made is when the total on the support order screen has gone down.
5. You guys need to actually fix it and stop claiming that you have because there's a lot of glitches in this newer version.For a least 2 months now I haven't been able to log in to see anything! It just continues scrolling until it times out which is extremely frustrating.
6. My child support went straight to my bank account by direct deposit, today's the 14th and I still haven't received anything.
7. You always have to input the same info repeatedly! Not easy to navigate anything except payments! Sense the update I can not login at all or reset anything or access anything!It was a good running app.
8. And I would think k maybe it's my phone, but I actually log in on 2 separate devices and same problem.Just learned of this app trying to call customer support to handle business & all I have to say is this is by far the worse.
9. Please fix this issue asap!Since it updated, most of the time when I push sign in button it dies nothing have to close app and start it again to sign in, then it doesn't let me get past sign in page.
10. So when you sign in and cannot see any payment history, or when you go to the browser and it takes you right back to the same app that shows no payment history, you get very frustrated.
11. Called customer service & was told to reach out to tech, 3 emails, a week wait & no reply to any emails & still having the same issue.
