1. I doubt I would be able to read this fine detailed print as soom as I wake up... Being able to click on the audio would be a great way to listen and soak it in while you wake up.

2. the teachings are wonderful! however, in the last few months, of the weekend audio teaching, the audio shuts off and I never get the complete lesson! frustrating to say the least!!! sometimes, but rarely, does it start up again but it still doesn't make it to the end.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix First 5 Issues

1. Fix First 5 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart First 5: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the First 5 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First 5" » Open First 5 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First 5 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear First 5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First 5 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First 5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check First 5 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First 5 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall First 5. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First 5 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First 5 not working


2. Fix First 5 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make First 5 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to First 5 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, First 5 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
