1. When I try it says it doesn't recognize my email address yet if I try to change the password it sends the link to the address it just told me was not recognized! Also needs more agency's it has nothing for the south towns in WNYI love the idea of this app but once I get in and start scrolling the whole app resets to the main screen :/ It has done it since the day I installed it last week.interface is a little counterintuitive, and some links that are present on the website dont exist in the app, but nevertheless pretty good appSeems like it would be a great app I'm sure it will be amazing work in some day I live in a place called Pennsylvania while it list the agency's there nothing out there to see I had shootings in front of my home here I hope it really works good one dayNot helpful at all.

2. I like it!🚔 If your sole interest is with regard to your home city crime, and your local law enforcement (LVMPD) does not partner with this app, well then, this app will not be of any appreciable use to you whatsoever.

3. Black screen is it?? Granted, I did get a logo for half a moment...and a red bar moved across the top of the screen a couple of times, but no matter how long I waited, or closed & re-opened,...just a BLACK SCREEN.

4. However, it does appear to be a fairly nice app otherwise, and it does allow you to access a desktop site and register an account as well, if you desire! 🚓This site won't let me log in.

5. 🙄🙄 Immediate uninstall.Originally left a 2 star review saying how slow and unusable the app and website were.

6. Something simpler like a lite style would really boost this apps appeal.None of my locations entered were in the data base.

1. Fix CRIMEWATCH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CRIMEWATCH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CRIMEWATCH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CRIMEWATCH" » Open CRIMEWATCH » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CRIMEWATCH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CRIMEWATCH app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CRIMEWATCH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CRIMEWATCH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CRIMEWATCH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CRIMEWATCH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CRIMEWATCH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CRIMEWATCH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CRIMEWATCH not working

2. Fix CRIMEWATCH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CRIMEWATCH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CRIMEWATCH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CRIMEWATCH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
