1. I enjoy the information on crime door and find the 3D crime scene an erie advancement in today's technology.Paid money to watch a single "crime door" only to encounter the endless spinning wheel.

2. I hate that too, but at least it doesn't contradict the objective of the app.This is an amazing app, however, it only deserves 4 stars because I pay for the subscription to be able to open and interact with the 3D scenes yet they remain locked.

3. I have cleared cache, data, uninstalled & re-installed, tapped restore purchases and I am up to date on payments and the app just won't let me access it.Doors won't load, even of wifi.

4. I'm loving that you can see videos, documentaries, and podcasts related to the crime all in one place! This is a great idea if they could fix the bugs.

5. The 3D crime scenes are a phenomenal idea, but they're poorly executed (which I assume is more of a budget thing, since this is a somewhat new app still).

6. It kept freezing as I was playing it and taking ages to load, then eventually it completely froze my entire phone for half an hour, I couldn't touch the screen, I couldn't even turn it off.

7. Luckily it had very low battery anyways, so was able to turn off itself, but safe to say, unless they fix this, I will not be playing this again.One suggestion, is to have a save a case button.

8. I love how it has links to multiple articles, videos, and podcasts so you can get more info on cases that really interest you.The concept of this app is amazing.

1. Fix CrimeDoor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrimeDoor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrimeDoor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrimeDoor" » Open CrimeDoor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrimeDoor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrimeDoor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrimeDoor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrimeDoor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrimeDoor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrimeDoor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrimeDoor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrimeDoor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrimeDoor not working

2. Fix CrimeDoor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrimeDoor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrimeDoor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrimeDoor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
