Why should I report an Issue with Folio?

1. But it's good for browsing.Finally, a good FB app that lets me filter out all the garbage, and a 'most recent' mechanism that actually [still] works! I looked for in-app purchases to support the developer, but couldn't find any.. So I guess it's free, too!Edit : Problem solved! Old: Help! Since yesterday it says, the browser is not supported.

I guess it is time to find a new lite and integrated fb/fb messenger app that actually works.finally! a way to browse facebook with a chronological feed 🤩🤩🤩 my only wish is to be able to have separate feeds like one for my groups and one for my friends posting, but i know thats a whole different ballgame than just tweakin the fb feed.

3. it's much better than any other FB alternatives like Phoenix, Maki, Metal even Friendly but it's frustrating that you cannot share multiple photos in one go like other FB wrappers edit: lots of bugs it's diving me crazy! when i open it,it freezes.

4. Uninstalling.Since v4.2.4 nothing works, just white page saying "unsupported, tap to open in supported browser".

8. Doesn't work so well when you try to reply to comments, sometimes it just won't post it, or it'll just post the first few words, and usually won't let you reply with a pic.

9. if you try to open a post, the dark theme goes away until you refresh or freezes again until it crashes.

10. This gets rid of ads and you can read and reply to your messages, without using multiple FB apps that take over your whole phone, and use all your memory.

11. This message is being displayed on the homefeed page while other tabs are working fine.

1. Fix Folio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Folio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Folio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Folio" » Open Folio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Folio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Folio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Folio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Folio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Folio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Folio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Folio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Folio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Folio not working

2. Fix Folio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Folio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Folio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Folio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
