1. I pressed refresh...that does nothing...I then have to press the X and it goes back to the main screen and survey thThis app used to be good but now almost every survey available presents an error when trying to complete it so there's no way to actually gain credits.

2. Sometimes when you finish a survey, the app doesn't know it's over, so when you press the back button, it shows the options "survey is broken", "poor mobile experience", etc when in actuality, the survey finished but didn't redirect to the homepage.

3. The survey appears...I click to start survey and it appears to load the survey and only shows a blank screen...you get the choice to either refresh or close the app.

4. So guys please don't waste your time on this.Terrible app... It displays a different information to the information on the website and it's impossible to access a survey via this app.

5. I fill out my profile and when I try to take a survey on my dashboard, it tells me I didn't qualify when I click through on the link, then redirects me to a survey that is much longer and pays less than what I originally selected.

6. Again, either they're doing a bad job or it's just a scam.The customer service isn't great on this survey site.

7. sometimes it may be frustrating to be rejected from a survey, but if they are looking for a specific profile and i'm not what they are looking for, i'm definitely ok with that.

8. They do eventually get back but takes a while which is very frustrating especially when you complete a survey and don't get credit.

9. And the constant updating of the same info across all the platforms just shows that the people involved have no idea of customer experience or good programming.Works very nicely for the most part.

10. It took me more than two years to reach payout limit and when i requested payout the process took more than two months showing the status of pending payment and now it's vanished.

1. Fix OpinionAPP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OpinionAPP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OpinionAPP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OpinionAPP" » Open OpinionAPP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OpinionAPP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OpinionAPP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OpinionAPP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OpinionAPP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OpinionAPP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OpinionAPP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OpinionAPP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OpinionAPP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OpinionAPP not working

2. Fix OpinionAPP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OpinionAPP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OpinionAPP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OpinionAPP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
