1. Uninstalled and re-installed but still not working.It is reader friendly : clear , bright and legible.Can someone please fix this app? It is not going beyond "Fetching....." and keeps crashing.Application stuck on "fetching IHL TREATIES DATA", doesn't proceed any further.Best quick and easy to usr guide to IHLGood fantastic for University userDoesn't work.

2. After installing the app, opened it and stops when saying "Fetching IHL Treaties data", it won't do anything more.

1. Fix International Humanitarian Law Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart International Humanitarian Law: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the International Humanitarian Law App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "International Humanitarian Law" » Open International Humanitarian Law » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for International Humanitarian Law » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear International Humanitarian Law app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from International Humanitarian Law servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "International Humanitarian Law" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check International Humanitarian Law app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, International Humanitarian Law might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall International Humanitarian Law. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall International Humanitarian Law then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing International Humanitarian Law not working

2. Fix International Humanitarian Law Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make International Humanitarian Law be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
