1. It doesn't always work right.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the audio pause when Google Maps starts talking! They drown each other out! And PLEASE make the rewind button configurable so I can set it to 10 seconds! 30 seconds is WAY WAY too long! Having listened to dozens of books, I almost NEVER need to rewind more than 10 seconds, and on the very rare occasions when I do, I can just tap the button multiple times! A LOT happens in 30 seconds of reading, and it's HIGHLY annoying to have to re-listen to all that!I love the website and being able to purchase and download the audiobooks.

2. And it's a real shame.I love the idea of supporting a Christian audiobook app, but I am increasingly disappointed with the selections (particularly in fiction) and the app's fragile stability.i just reinstalled for a third time and, once again, lost all labeling of books marked as finished.

3. On the other hand I have a few books showing some tracks downloaded and I can successfully download the remaining tracks (or so it would seem), but they will not play when I attempt to listen to them.

4. It works OK most of the time but likes to stop without any explanation, the display does not always accurately show the list of audio books (it will show the books that are on my device under the cloud and I have to toggle between the two to get it to reset).

5. I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app, and still received the same message.The app works perfect! I enjoy so much being able to listen to all the Christian audiobooks I like.

6. When I try to download tracks for this group of books, the app stays in a perpetual state of "trying" but nothing downloads.

7. I've bought several books from christianaudio over the years so I'd hoped to enjoy the user experience on my Android phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix christianaudio Issues

Please stop billing me. I cancelled my free trial months ago and I see I’m getting monthly fees even though I’m not even getting credits.
