1. Uninstalled.After selecting my location of atlanta..place my order add everything to cart.. go to pay.. popup says this location is in California do u want to change locations to somewhere closer... I did.. Then changes and makes me order all over again.. did it twice in a row.. flustrating!!! I order on my computer so much easier!! Fix please...This app is useless, don't bother with it.

2. Also doesn't give full selection when ordering more than one burger for a combo... very frustrating when wanting to put in an order for lunch...Useless. Zero stars.

3. This app suck some huge monkey balls!!!This app doesn't work at all and doesn't actually have one of their locations in my town which I've been to multiple times before.Useless app.

4. The nearest location is 2 miles away, you directed me to a location more than an hour away.

5. It tells me the nearest location is in Eastvale, but it's not, there's a location in West Covina.

6. Nearest location is 0.7 miles away.

7. Plus, it seems like you can only order the duo burger option instead of a single.

8. App shows location 170 miles away in another state.

9. Everytime I get to the payment section, it kicks me to the login screen and my cart is empty.

10. For instance, the impossible Burger doesn't show up anywhere on the app.

11. Why put out an app if you can't even order what you have available?app always crashes when I go to pay.

1. Fix Burgerim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Burgerim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Burgerim App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Burgerim" » Open Burgerim » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Burgerim » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Burgerim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Burgerim servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Burgerim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Burgerim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Burgerim might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Burgerim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Burgerim then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Burgerim not working

2. Fix Burgerim Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Burgerim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Burgerim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Burgerim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
