SSO doesn't work for FB or Google, the forgot my password link doesn't work, contact us doesn't work, and I didnt like the preselected meals so I chose some different ones, before the deadline, hit save, and got the meals I didn't want!!?? Also when I go to close the app? It refuses to close! 1 star all the way.

2. My only issue was that I canceled the subscription and months later someone in their marketing team reactivated my account without my consent and I am stuck paying the bill for something I did not order nor do I have space to store the food.

3. They gave me a 7$ credit but even that hasn't been applied to my meals even though the app says it should be applied to my next meal.

4. I tried to cancel via chat and told them I only wanted the free amount.

5. I opened the account, they preselected every meal for me right there and then with no possibility to modify or to cancel my first box.

7. Don't fall for this scam of an app.This has to be the worst customer service experience I have had and will gladly keep my boxes with amazing customer service at their competitor CookIt.

1. Fix Chefs Plate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chefs Plate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chefs Plate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chefs Plate" » Open Chefs Plate: Cooking Made Easy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chefs Plate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chefs Plate: Cooking Made Easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chefs Plate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chefs Plate: Cooking Made Easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chefs Plate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chefs Plate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chefs Plate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chefs Plate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chefs Plate not working
