Why should I report an Issue with Unclouded - Cloud Manager?

1. After I connected to my firstone (GoogleDrive) I tried to connect to Dropbox, a browser opens and I accept the permission for API - I'm notified via email from Dropbox that I accepted this permission however the Unclouded app returns to the homescreen displaying all the other clouds/drives and I can't access my dropbox.Onedrive changed their API now this app won,t let me explore my Onedrive account.

And by the way you don't even try to go to their way of reporting the problem because it takes you to a website that can't find anything and want you to sign in and searchI have been having problems with sorting out my photos and finding duplicates (Years of dumping them from various sources onto one drive.). This app is fantastic, it lists the duplicates and shows a thumbnail of each photo.

If there is a "select all" button it should select just the duplicates, because now, if we want just the duplicates to be erased we need to select just one of them manually, making the button useless.DO NOT BUY OR INSTALL! SECURITY ISSUES! While the app itself is great, all cloud accounts in one app.

4. This is a lifesaver for cleaning up the families google drives.The app looks and works amazingly, but when you click "select all" on duplicate finder (Drive) it erases the duplicates and the original file too.

5. The big sales point is you're supposed to be able to manage duplicates in the cloud.

6. It failed to log multiple Mega cloud accounts DESPITE having to purchase the option.

7. But when it won't sign into your cloud service it's not much good so use it if you want to folks.

8. Aside from being able to examine for duplicates and looking nice, this app is garbage.

9. Microsoft has changed the API for external access to OneDrive and now UnClouded no longer works.

10. just would like to be able to see all files from cloud not just images and videos(maybe it does and I just don't know how to retrieve it).

1. Fix Unclouded Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unclouded: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unclouded App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unclouded" » Open Unclouded - Cloud Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unclouded » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unclouded - Cloud Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unclouded servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unclouded - Cloud Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unclouded app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unclouded might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unclouded. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unclouded then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unclouded not working

2. Fix Unclouded Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unclouded be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unclouded not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unclouded may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
