Why should I report an Issue with CraftBook - Crafting Guide?

1. Whenever I go to a place with no internet I really can't use this app soo much...that is why I'm unistalling it until the app is fixed..I did love this app until I tried to update it, the update simply didn't work, I tried all the suggestions such as clear Play Store cache etc and also reinstall except that now installing doesn't work, so a waste of money for me.

2. I've gotten into Minecraft again now that 1.20 released and I'm a little rusty on some recipes so it's nice to be able to just use an app on my phone instead of constantly clicking over to the wiki page on my PC to look up whatever I can't remember.UPDATE 5/2/2021- wonderful improvements.

3. Looks great otherwise! Also, I wish you could long press on any item when viewing recipes, to see stats, or take you to a place in the app that shows details about the long pressed item.

4. Unfortunately there is an ad every time you switch between sections - however, it costs very little to remove the ads.If you like constant adds youll love this.

5. Also the nav bar auto hiding because of the app being fullscreen or something is really annoying.I like it personally, but this game has some ups and downs...I don't like it that you need internet to use it.

1. Fix CraftBook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CraftBook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CraftBook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CraftBook" » Open CraftBook - Crafting Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CraftBook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CraftBook - Crafting Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CraftBook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CraftBook - Crafting Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CraftBook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CraftBook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CraftBook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CraftBook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CraftBook not working

2. Fix CraftBook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CraftBook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CraftBook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CraftBook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
